Indian Institute of Entrepreneur  IIE  the Nodel Agency (NA) ,technical agency(TA) is EPCH & WDC AS THE Implementing Agency for  Gochiga Traditional Handloom Cluster  , Nowboicha Block ,Lakhimpur  District ,Assam  is of MSME & India   10 villages covered with 409 members  and at the end of the year with 500 Nos in 10 villages  .It is focused on Traditional Handloom Cluster –Products activity cluster  concentrate on Stoles, Cushion Covers, Table Runner, Plate mate, Tribal Bags, Waist Coats, Traditional dresses of Assamese, Mising & Advisees, Traditional Gamosa, Kurtis, tops  etc.
